Our story begins with a small kiosk, located in the historic and suggestive fish market of Catania. In 1921 the Castorina family moved to this shop in the heart of the square, consolidating itself over time as one of the oldest butchers in Catania, for four generations now.

Butchers in the kitchen was born from the tradition in the butcher shop and the passion for cooking.
